Socatra S.A. & the Maison Hannon are the lucky winners of the Caïus heritage award presented by Prométhéa!
Between April and May 2023, the facade underwent a thorough cleaning thanks to Socatra-Colen. The result is so striking that passers-by now stop to admire the restored work, bringing it back into full view.
It is thanks to some key players that projects like this can be brought to fruition: Urban.brussels, Saint-Gilles and VINCI Energies Belgium have played a key role in our adventures.

The jury's motivation:
"Socatra-Colen played a crucial role in the restoration of the facade of the Maison Hannon, a jewel of the Art Nouveau in Brussels. The jury praised Socatra-Colen's significant contribution to the renovation of this emblematic building and particularly highlighted its responsiveness in ensuring that the inauguration of the Maison Hannon was in line with the launch of the Year of Art Nouveau initiated by the Brussels Capital Region.
Besides its remarkable skills, the company distinguished itself by quickly mobilising the necessary staff to ensure that the Maison Hannon could open in May 2023. In record time, Socatra-Colen restored the facade to its full glory, demonstrating its commitment to preserving Brussels' cultural and architectural heritage."
